The fifth and sixth qualities of a Phoenix are:
Compassion - The ability to see, hear, empathize and respond to the needs of others.
Students practicing compassion learn to identify ways in which they can provide support and comfort to loved ones, friends and strangers in a time of need.
Creativity - The development of new ideas, artistic expressions and/or solutions to both simple and complex problems.
Students who practice creativity seek knowledge and understanding as a foundation for new thinking. Imagination is as vital as comprehension!
